This innocent request comes from a father of four, who unfortunately does not have a permanent job nor an income to get electricity supply for their house. Their previous home had been destroyed from an earth slip, and the current home had been built by them in a 10 purchase land that had been donated to them. However, the house is not even equipped with electrical wiring.

- The eldest child has sat for the Ordinary Level exams and now studying for Advance Level. Second child is in 6th grade and 3rd in 2nd grade. Youngest is only 3 years old.

Thanks to the generous donations from Virad's birthday fundraiser, reliable power source has been installed in their home — and just like that, everything changed.

Now, the kids can study at night without strain, the family can safely cook, clean, and connect — and their path to a brighter future just got a whole lot clearer.
