DONATION (2) COMPLETION: ANTIBI0TICS FOR CHILDREN'S ICU OF PERADENIYA HOSPITAL

Today, witnessing the little children with chronic illnesses suffer due to the medical shortage, really did put this battle we are fighting to get as many donations for medical supplies into perspective..

The 3rd handoff of critical antibiotics (200 vials) was handed over to the Children's ICU of Peradeniya Teaching hospital! Dr. Sarath Weerabandara (Director of Children's ICU), Dr. M. Faizel (Head of the unit), few other doctors and nurses of the Children's ICU of Peradeniya Teaching hospital attended in person and received the donations from our Sri Lanka Committee representative Udayanga Wickramasinghe at the event today.

We are grateful to each one of you, who trusted and donated in various means for this cause through our FB fundraiser! Thank you! We have attached the quotes, bank slips, and invoices for your reference. (The acknowledgment letter from the hospital will follow shortly)

This donation is part of the total donation of 1000 antibiotic vials across 4 main ICUs in the country amounting to LKR 5.4 mil (USD 17,000)
