Urgent - request PPE Kits for POLICE COVID COMBAT Unit Mirihana

Yesterday we got an urgent request to support PPE kits for the Police officers in COVID-19 combat unit in Mirihana. We prioritized this request because these officers not only serve their day-to-day responsibilities but are taking up the roles of managing the end-to-end tasks of the covid cases including visiting quarantined patients, handling the transfer, and situating the potential covid patients to the covid centers as well.

And special thanks to @hard truths and @harshana for being on top of this and taking care of the operation on our behalf. Thank you.

One would think that this is the front staff of the operation and would mean they have these essentials. But sadly requests like these would not pile up in front of us if they did. And that's the truth.
